Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their YPay card and request a refund from us. Refund will be made after deducting printing and logistics cost of the card.

BRefund Policy

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

⏱️ Processing Time: All refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days.

CTravel Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as per rules and cancellation policy of:

✈️Airlines in case of flight tickets
🏨Hotels in case of hotel bookings
🚌Bus operators in case of bus tickets

Such refunds shall be subject to YPay receiving the same from the airlines/hotel/bus operator.

⚠️ Important: The convenience fee paid to YPay at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.

•All refund requests must be submitted via email to ensure proper documentation and tracking
•Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
•For travel bookings, please refer to the specific cancellation policy of the service provider at the time of booking
•Genuine reasons for refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after thorough investigation
